RATE:

- Interpreting: 50US$/hour (or 350RMB/hour), service fee will be charged as the hours of service provided, interpreting service less than an hour will be regarded as an hour.

- Translation: 0.05 US$/source word (or 0.35 RMB/source word), translation fee will be charged as the word count of the Chinese document. In general, translation is delivered in electronic form (delivery by email or by CD-ROM), in case of requesting printing, extra printing expense will be paid by customer.

- A 50% down payment is required for interpreting service; 30% down payment is required for document translation, all payments shall be transferred to the designated bank account in no less than a month after the date of delivery, banking fee is at payer's expense. Document requested for an urgent translation (delivery within 48 hrs) would have a 50% surcharge. Other payment method will be agreed upon in advance.

- If it is required to hire an interpreter accompanying with travels, e.g. Expo or site commissioning, the service fee will be calculated as eight hours a day, extra hours on site translation will be deemed as overtime hours and service fee will be charged as hour and the rate is twice that of the normal working hours. Customer shall take care of translator's hotel and transportation expenses when interpreting service is carried out in a nations/cities other than Beijing/China.

- Customer shall be liable for any damage as a result of translator's operation if such operation is requested by Customer. Translator shall be provided with necessary labor protection or can stop work if such work is requested to be taken in hazardous environment.

- In case of needing translation/interpreting services at expo, the service fee can be negotiated beforehand.

- In general, payment only accepts Chinese RMB or US dollar.
